Our main link to the website for Oregon's Secretary of State loads that site's content inside a shell of this website. You may experience a considerable delay while your browser connects to the Secretary of State's secure server.
We use the shell because, now that you've found us, we don't want to send you away. Our website does not track how anyone uses the ORESTAR interface. Users are free to register under any party. We think the more people who get involved in our civic life, the healthier our nation will become.
However, we understand that in this era of political dishonesty, some visitors may prefer to register directly on the Secretary of Sates' website.
